F.M. Static is a Christian pop-punk band with two members, Trevor McNevan and Steve Augustine, both members of Thousand Foot Krutch. F.M. Static’s songs are geared toward a younger audience, dealing with subjects such as Salvation, school, and girls. F.M. Static’s lighter rock sound, is a stark contrast to TFK’s hard rock feel.
F.M. Static originally formed in 2003 with their first release What Are You Waiting For? Followed by Critically Ashamed and Dear Diary in 2006 and 2009 respectively. Their latest release was When My Brain Says Stop, but My Heart Says Go! which was released in 2011.
