Ezra Michael Koenig (born April 8, 1984) is an American musician, singer-songwriter, radio host, and playwright.

Apart from being the frontman and lead vocalist of Vampire Weekend, Koenig has some solo ventures; notably, his track with Major Lazer, “Jessica”, his work with Chromeo, and “The Moon Song”, a duet with Karen O of the Yeah Yeah Yeahs.

He was notably credited on Beyoncé’s “Hold Up”, the second track on her 2016 visual album LEMONADE. Although he didn’t sing, he had production and writing credits on the track.
