Grammy award winner Mikey Freedom Hart was born and raised in Lake Charles, Louisiana and is currently based in Brooklyn, NY. As a child, Hart developed his astute musicality in church and in classical piano lessons, which he started at the age of three.

Currently, Hart is a member of Bleachers, in which he plays bass, guitar, and keyboard during live shows. When he isn’t on the road with Bleachers, Hart can be found at Big Mercy Sound Studios, which he owns and operates in Brooklyn, NY.
