Before George Clanton went on to make music under his real name, he had two main aliases: ESPRIT 空想 and Mirror Kisses (which is no longer in use). ESPRIT 空想 was an adventure in classic vaporwave. In this project George went on from making classic sample based vapor in albums such as 「ｇｉｒｌｓﾠｏｎｌｙ」, Summer Night and ｒｅｌａｘ™. To a more experimental side which you can see in the sample-less album virtua.zip, and then later George went even more meta where he sampled only from his live shows in 200% Electronica. Not much has been done with the ESPRIT alias and fans assume it has long since been abandoned with only a few reissues scattered here and there. Within the vaporwave community ESPRIT is very popular known to be one of the most essential artists in the genre.
