About Erika Rose

Erika Rose is a childhood friend of Grammy-winning singer-songwriter and icon Alicia Keys, while being a songwriter-singer-musician and executive in her own right. Rose is best recognized for co-writing the “A Woman’s Worth”, which garnered NAACP Image and MTV VMA Awards, as well as Gold certification by the RIAA. She released her debut solo LP Rosegarden in 2007, which AllMusic reviewed as “a solid, well-directed album from a promising artist and a talented musician-producer (Om'Mas Keith)…worth the wait for the artist and listener.”

In addition to her music, Rose was Keys' road and tour manager from 2001 on. In 2016, she was hired to be Keys' full time manager, and is now President of AK Worldwide, Keys' philanthropic organization.
