Lê Trung Thành, known by his stage name ERIK, is a Vietnamese singer who debuted as a soloist under the then newly turned dance cover group turned entertainment agency ST.319.

Through songs like “Sau Tất Cả”, which went viral, ERIK was immediately thrusted into the spotlight and became known for his soft voice, perfect for ballads. Several of his songs became OSTs for Vietnamese movies.

After a few releases, he debuted in the group MONSTAR, which was the first-ever group put together by his company.

Unfortunately, ERIK would not stay long in MONSTAR as he would depart from the group sometime in 2017, the agency siting personal reasons as to why. ERIK was consequently removed from all social media pages of ST. 319 and he himself also removed any mention of the company and the group on his own personal social media accounts.

After his departure from the group, ERIK released a song with MIN, who was the first artist to debut under ST. 319 and was an original member from their days as a dance cover group.
