Ericka Janice Coulter is a singer, songwriter, label executive and creative director based in LA.

She has written songs for several artists as well as being a Branding and Management Director at their respective labels.

Currently at Epic Records in collaboration with her own company Instor3 INC. Management and producer Harmony Samuels, her placements here include Fifth Harmony, Ciara, La'Porsha Renae, Teyana Taylor and Jasmine V.

In 2014 she worked for Capitol Records in collaboration with Rodney Jerkins and Evolve, with placements for Evan Ross and SAARA.

From 2009-2013 she had also worked at Interscope/Streamline and Interscope/Geffen writing and directing placements for Keke Palmer, Kayla Brianna and Tamar Braxton.

In 2008, before starting her songwriting career she had worked in Chrysalis Music Group’s PR Dept.
