Taking inspiration from artists like Bladee and Lil Tracy, Lil Emo, also known as Emo Yardii, aboyonahorse or Keygen, formerly known as rastaxpasta, is an up–and–coming UK rapper who has been making music since May 2014. Along with artists like Emotegi and Nosgov, Lil Emo is credited as one of the founders of the nightcore-rap and emocore genres.

Emo released his debut project glo on SoundCloud in July 2014, and has since then made many more, a few examples being Drill Goes Pop and Hikikomori.

With over 40 tracks uploaded, Emo has amounted to a total of over 1,900 followers across his two SoundCloud accounts Keygen and Emo Yardii.
