eill is a next-generation, Tokyo based singer-songwriter that has music roots in SOUL, R&B, J-pop and K-pop.

In 2018, her first single “MAKUAKE”, and 2nd single “HUSH” were produced by Kai Takahashi (from LUCKY TAPES).

eill’s EP MAKUAKE lead her to be picked up as “This Week’s upcoming artists” on Apple Music, “NEW FORCE” on SPACE SHOWER TV, “BREAKOUT2019” on Spincoaster, and “EICHIOSHI” (HMV’s best pick) on HMV.
She was also selected as Rolling Stone Japan magazine’s “Top 20 artists to pay attention to internationally and domestically”.

In November of 2019, she released her first album SPOTLIGHT, which was picked out on ”TAWARECOMEN (Best upcoming artist picked by Tower Record) and was on rotation at more than 30 different radio stations across Japan.

eill has also participated as a composer and lyricist in popular Korean girl’s group EXID’s 2nd single with Taku Takahashi (m-flo) and was a co-writer for K-pop star Taeyeon’s “#GirlsSpkOut”, which is the title track for the Japanese EP of the same name.
