Eddie Gilbert (wrestling)

Born Thomas Edward Gilbert Jr., “Hot Stuff” Eddie Gilbert (1961-1995) was a wrestler and booker best known for his work in Memphis and Mid-South and who was the original booker for NWA Eastern Championship Wrestling. Among his in-ring achievements, he was a 4x USWA Unified World Heavyweight Champion, a 4x Southern (Memphis) Tag Team Champion and a former NWA ECW Tag Team Champion.
