E-Girls, standing for Exile Girls, formed on April 24, 2011, as the girl group answer to LDH’s EXILE. The group began with a number of over 30 girls, which was a project group to unite the groups Flower, Dream and Happiness and debuted on July 17, 2017 with the single Celebration!.

After years of activity, and plenty of graduations, the group formally disbanded in December of 2020 with the remaining 11 members.
