dxvl is a beatmaker and rapper from Croydon, South London. Inspired by the sounds of ICYTWAT, dxvl’s production takes a different direction from the usual sounds of UK Hip Hop – integrating the Audio Pastel genre, Divine Council had once used. Over the years dxvl has had several successful collaborations within the UK alternative scene, working with the likes of Ashbeck and ayrtn as well as artists of Escape Plan and House Of Pharaohs. dxvl is one one of the true pioneers of UK alt, especially in regard to beat production in which he has made an impressive diversification to the UK sound.
