Born and raised in St. John’s Newfoundland, Drew lives in Los Angeles, where he makes music about his trust issues, shitty exes and unabashed pettiness.

While growing up with three older brothers, he has always been influenced by strong, independent women like Jill Scott, Jazmine Sullivan and Rihanna – and is inspired by the brutal honesty of R&B, which is the core of his music.

He earned a Grammy Nomination for his writing on Ant Clemons’ HAPPY 2 BE HERE, in 2021, for the song ‘Beep’.
