Dr. Neil Frank

Dr. Neil Frank, Ph.D. (Meteorology) is a former Director of the National Hurricane Center and the retired Chief Meteorologist of KHOU-TV in Houston, TX.

He is also the Grandfather of Christian artist Forrest Frank.
