Donna Weiss

Donna Terry Weiss is an American singer-songwriter. She is most well-known for writing “Bette Davis Eyes” with Jackie DeShannon. While DeShannon’s version did not achieve much success in 1974, it was later popularized by Kim Carnes in 1981. For her songwriting, she won a Grammy for Song of the Year in 1981.
