American singer Don Philip was signed to pop powerhouse record label Jive Records in the late 90s, alongside teen stars NSYNC and Britney Spears. He and Spears recorded a duet, “I Will Still Love You”, for her debut album. Philip’s self-titled debut album for Jive appeared in 2000, featuring production and writing by the likes of Richard Marx, Evan Rogers and Carl Sturken.
