Marc Hype, born Marc Gärtner in Berlin in 1973, is a renowned German DJ and music producer. He has been a DJ since 1988, initially using the name DJ Hype, and gained recognition by winning the German ITF DJ Championships in 1998 and 1999. His career includes membership in the DJ collective Phaderheadz, extensive tours worldwide, and the release of his debut album “1973 * Recon” in 2003. Today, he continues to tour as part of the Dusty Donuts DJ Squad/Label and the UK-based 45 Live DJ Team, captivating audiences globally.
