Divine Council is an American trap group consisting of Cyrax and $ilk Money, and formerly, Lord Linco and ICYTWAT, the latter of which produced for the group. All of the group’s members are from Richmond, Virginia, where the group is based, except for ICYTWAT, who is from Chicago, Illinois.

Divine Council was signed to Epic Records in early 2016 by record executive LA Reid, as mentioned in an interview with Noisey. They released their debut compilation EP Council World under the label the same year.
