Dick Griffey

Richard Gilbert Griffey was an American record producer from Nashville Tennessee who founded SOLAR Records, a record label company. His role is what invented a funk-oriented blend of Disco, R&B, and soul music. He has a very discrete credit for co-writing numerous songs from The Whispers and The Deele. Most of their songs coming from SOLAR Records. He passed in the year 2010.
