Desire Sibanda

Desire Sibanda (born 17 December 1985), better known by his stage name Dizzy Dee, is a Zimbabwean born Reggae musician, songwriter and record producer based in Melbourne, Australia.

He is most known for the single “Time Shall Tell”, as well as the well-received track “Never See We Fading”, which features Torch which are both featured on his 2016 Time Shall Tell EP
