DeShaun Williams

DeShaun Williams, also known as Paper Route DeShaun, is a key part of Young Dolph’s music production team, Paper Route Empire, and the CEO of his own music production collective, Billboard Society.

Officially stepping into the role of the team’s A&R Administrator in January 2024, he’s now holding it down on the business side so artists and A&Rs can stay locked in creatively. From contract coordination and production management to overseeing marketing budgets, booking and scheduling studio time, and tracking deadlines and deliverables—he’s got it all covered. He stays hands-on with marketing rollouts, promo strategies, and steering content direction across social media platforms.

DeShaun also plays a major role in BandPlay’s own production team, Street Orchestra, where he also serves as their A&R Administrator.
