Latina singer/songwriter Denisse Lara is a triple threat with multiple talents such as Singing,Songwriting,Dancing,And Modelling just to name a few. She also enjoys singing in her native language Spanish as much as she loves to sing in English she is very versatile artist with many talented abilities she has a mainstream sound and look that gives her all the star quality’s. At the early age of four, Denisse displayed an amazing ability to learn songs with great ease and accuracy. After the age of seven, Denisse’s parents encouraged their daughter to participate in various singing television programs including: Sabado Gigante and Facilisimo. She was awarded first place and Star of the Year 1999 on “Quiero ser estrella” (1997) (the Latin Version of “Star Search”.) Denisse recently shared the stage with Michael Bolton, Richard Marx and Tony Danza. She opened the show for Kenny G and Natalie Cole to an audience of the nations top-ranking Fortune 500 CEO’S including ex-govenor Gray Davis and running for president Hillary Clinton. Denisse has performed numerous times with 14 time Grammy Award winning producer David Foster accompanying her on piano at events such as the Variety Magazine’s 19th Annual Video Hall of Fame Awards and Vice President Al Gore’s campaign fundraiser held at David Foster’s home in Malibu Denisse sang the title song “One” on Pokémon: The Movie (2000). She was the voice of Melody (Spanish) on The Little Mermaid II: Return to the Sea (2000) Denisse has a 5 octave range and enjoys playng the drums not to mention writes songs daily in her own words, “songs are what words cant do alone”.
