Dear Nora is an indie pop band formed in 1999 by guitarist, vocalist, and songwriter Katy Davisdon in Portland, Oregon with a slew of her friends appearing over their discography. The band has had various members throughout its lifetime, with Davidson being the only constant member.
In 2008, Davidson stopped using the name Dear Nora and started a project called Key Losers under Phil Evlerum’s label. Davidson also made a Lloyd & Michael album with Marianna Ritchey. In 2018, Davidson began releasing music as Dear Nora again with the album Skulls Example.
