David Sneddon is a Scottish singer and songwriter from Paisley. He rose to fame in 2002 after winning the inaugural series of the BBC One talent show Fame Academy.

His debut single “Stop Living the Lie” debuted at number 1 in the UK and was soon followed by another top 3 hit, “Don’t Let Go”.

After stepping away from the music industry for several years, Sneddon made a return as a songwriter. He has written songs for Mika, Lana Del Rey, The Vamps and Lewis Capaldi.
