Dave Depper is most well-known for his role in Death Cab for Cutie, with which he has played guitar and keys since 2015 on tour, and recorded since Thank You For Today. He has also worked and toured with Fruit Bats, Laura Gibson, Menomena, Ray LaMontagne, Mirah, and Corin Tucker of Sleater-Kinney. In 2017, his debut solo album Emotional Freedom Technique was released, combining upbeat synths with melancholy, lonely lyrics.
