Daughters are an American noise rock band that formed in Providence, Rhode Island in 2002. They have constantly been transitioning from sound to sound, first from a thrash/grindcore sound as observed in their debut release, Canada Songs, to mathcore with Hell Songs, noise rock with Daughters, and after an extended hiatus due to member disagreements, they returned in 2018 with a noise rock/industrial sound with You Won’t Get What You Want.
