Danja Zone

Devon La'Von Carter, better known as Danja Zone, is an American battle rapper from Prince George’s County, Maryland. Having started his battle career in the Maryland-based battle league Pit Fights in 2011, Danja Zone quickly earned a reputation for his lyrical complexity, wordplay, and layered word association schemes. He has competed on some of the biggest battle rap platforms in the world, such as URL, King of the Dot, Don’t Flop, Rare Breed Entertainment, and Black Ice Cartel.

He was also a member of the battle rap crew Writer’s Bloque, along with other MCs like JC, B Magic, Daylyt, Big Kannon, Danny Myers, Ooops, and 40 B.A.R.R.S. from 2014 until the group’s dissolution in 2017.
