D PAC’s vision is to shift the perceptions about rapping as well as rappers. He found his stride while going through the ups and downs of life. D PAC will present his thoughts to save the culture that happens to be itself at a crossroads. The goal is to bring in vocal-driven rapping by minimizing rap’s materialism and glorification of violence.
