Courtney Ariel

Courtney Ariel Bowden, better known as Courtney Ariel, is a folk singer-songwriter and storyteller. She is a writer dedicated to speaking back against systems of oppression, which she believes to be at the core of her resistance and pathway to liberation. After graduating from UC Santa Barbra with a degree in English literature, she moved to Nashville, Tennessee, where she currently lives, and is a graduate student at Vanderbilt Divinity School.
