About Connor Barkhouse

Connor Barkhouse is an American record producer & audio engineer from Houston, TX. He graduated in June 2018 from Drexel University’s Music Industry Program in Philadelphia with a concentration on Recording Arts & Music Production (RAMP). He has worked in a variety of environments over the years, ranging from music collectives, recording studios, and startup companies to freelance self-employment.

Barkhouse has been producing, mixing & mastering songs under his own name since 2011. Barkhouse also has worked with a long list of artists across a variety of genres. He formerly produced music in the AliveSinceForever (now known as BROCKHAMPTON) collective from 2012-2014. From 2019-2020 Barkhouse worked as an audio engineer for Sidney Swift‘s DEFI Entertainment, a Los Angeles-based music production & publishing company. At DEFI Barkhouse engineered for several major-label acts such as Sabrina Carpenter, Rico Nasty, Cousin Stizz & Bhad Bhabie.

Currently, he is freelancing full-time in Los Angeles. Some of his clients include Just A Regular Day (Bryson Tiller, Ryan Trey, Nia Sultana), Cloud X (Santino le Saint), and a wide-ranging array of independent artists.
