Jo Sung Woo (조성우), better known under his stage name Code Kunst, is a composer and producer under AOMG (Above Ordinary Music Group). “Kunst” means “Art” in German, therefore the stage name Code Kunst means “music that becomes art.”

He debuted independently in 2013. He rose to prominence with his 2017 LP Muggles Mansion, prior to which he released the albums Novel and Crumple.

His interest in making music was sparked during his mandatory military service period when he began making music to let out stress after his release. He has cited hip-hop, and notably Mac Miller as his musical influences.
