Cleveland Francis is an American country and folk music singer, songwriter, and cardiologist. Since the late 1960s, Francis has recorded nine albums and charted four times on Billboard’s Hot Country Songs.

Francis began as a folk and blues singer as a student during the Civil Rights Movement. He self-released “Follow Me” in 1970. After working as a medical doctor, he pivoted to releasing country music in the 1980s, signing to Playback Records. In 1992, he signed to Liberty Records and released three studio albums with the label. In 2022, Francis released “Beyond the Willow Tree” on Forager Records, a remastered album of folk songs and demos originally recorded between 1968 and 1970.
