Clem Snide is an alt-country group formed in 1991, with the members fluctuating over time until it essentially became a solo project for Eef Barzelay. Over the 20+ years of the project’s history, there have been 10 studio albums. While mostly sticking to alt-country and indie folk, the group has dabbled in other genres, such as experimental rock (2013’s archival of early work Birthing Pains), chamber pop (Your Favorite Music), or power pop (The Meat of Life’s track BFF).
