Charlotte Clark was born in Surrey and raised Fleet (UK). She taught herself to play guitar and was classically trained on the piano. Clark wrote her first song at fourteen, and her first EP at 18.
After receiving her education from the Institute of Contemporary Music Performance (ICMP), she spent three years playing as ‘ARK’ (an old moniker), under which she released her EP “The Shadow in My Company.” In late 2019 she began playing keys and singing backup for Harry Styles, making her debut with his band on SNL. She released her second EP “Warm Weather” in February of 2021.
