Charlie Frederick, mostly known as shoutoutcharlie or charlie!, is a 19-year-old underground rapper and hip-hop artist from Austin, Texas, most known for his song, “Lettuce” which gained popularity and fame from social media, mainly TikTok. He is apart of the collective Underdogs Worldwide.

Before he releases songs, he posts little snippets of them on his TikTok and (occasionally) Instagram accounts.
