Charles Douglas Musselwhite (31 January 1944 – ) was born in Kosciusko, Mississippi and is a blues harmonica player and singer. He’s released over 20 albums and recorded with Paul Butterfield, Bonnie Raitt, Ben Harper, Blind Boys of Alabama, Tom Waits and others. It’s also claimed that he was the inspiration for Dan Aykroyd’s character, “Elwood Blues”.
