Charles Jeffrey Gillespie (b. August 26, 1998) is a French-Canadian actor and singer. Although he is recognized for his roles in Charmed, Degrassi: Next Class, and Runt, he is mostly known for his role as Luke Patterson in the musical comedy-drama Julie and The Phantoms.

Encouraged by his mother to play instruments, Charlie has been involved in music ever since he was a child. But he didn’t make his musical debut until Julie and The Phantom’s self-titled soundtrack came out in September of 2020, as he participated in 9 of the 15 existing songs in the track list, and helped with the songwriting of “Perfect Harmony,” a song that he performed with his co-star Madison Reyes.
