Cedric Till is the person behind the emcee formerly known as Concrete Cee. Born in Berlin, Germany, he began writing lyrics in 1999 and was given the name Concrete Cee by a friend of his in 2001. 15 years later, he abandoned the moniker and now appears by his real name, Cedric Till.
