Caster is a dark, horror-inspired electronic project of the previously anonymous Paul Szeligowski, a former member of the melodic bass group Abandoned.

Szeligowski made his debut on the EDM scene in October 2019, with the single “The Summoning”, which was followed by “Embrace of Hekate” in December.

In March 2020, Szeligowski released the single “Advent Omen”, and collaborated with SWARM on the track “Blood”. In June, Szeligowski released the single “Hunting Season”, followed by “Kali” in July.

In September, Szeligowski made his debut on Subsidia Records, appearing on the compilation Subsidia Night: Vol. 1 with the single “The Lunar Ritual”. The next month, Szeligowski released his first EP, Black Sands on Ophelia Records, followed by the single “Gathering Coven” in November.

In January 2021, Szeligowski released the single “Disturbia”. In March, Szeligowski released “Fallen’s Mantra”, followed by “Worship” in April. In May, Szeligowski released “WAR HAMMER”. In June, Szeligowski returned to Subsidia Records with the single “Pale Rider”, later accompanied by his second EP, Sinner’s Sanctum, upon the release of which the producer revealed his identity.
