Carl Eugene Jackson (18 September 1953 -) is an American country and bluegrass musician, songwriter and multiple Grammy winner. He was born in Louisville, Mississippi.

Jackson has written songs for Glen Campbell, Garth Brooks, Vince Gill, Alecia Nugent and others.
