Careless Music Manila, written in shorthand as simply CMM or Careless, is a music company founded in 2017 by James Reid and Bret Jackson.

The agency is known for signing mostly young hip-hop and R&B Filipino talents who would mostly go unseen under mainstream agencies.

The agency released their first mixtape, appropriately titled CARELESS MIXTAPE, in 2018, with then signed artists James Reid, Nadine Lustre, Curtismith, KINGwAw, Massiah, Astro Kidd, and Sofia Romualdez. Over several years, Careless would sign several more artists, which include Jolianne Salvado, among many others.
