Jordan Maron, also known as CaptainSparklez, is a video game YouTuber who became big thanks to his Minecraft videos. His channel blew up when he began uploading Minecraft parodies with help of the independent singer TryHardNinja and animator Bootstrap Buckaroo.

In 2016, CaptainSparklez began producing his own music and made a new channel under the name Maron Music, where he would also share other artists' work.
