Capital the Crimelord

Anthony ‘Capital T" Marotta, or Capital the CrimeLord is a half white half Puerto Rican rapper and producer from Long Island, NY. He is also a longtime friend to R.A. the Rugged Man.

He is best known for producing and featuring on R.A. the Rugged Man tracks, featuring in Biz Markie’s ‘Take It from the Top’ back in 91, as well as a Diamond Shell track. He was also a member of the BURNT Clique.
