Candy Dulfer is a Dutch smooth jazz, funk alto saxophonist and singer. Since 2014 she is part of the group “Ladies of Soul”, together with Glennis Grace, Berget Lewis and Edsilia Rombley.
In total, Candy has released 14 albums, including 2 live albums and a compilation album. Her debut album Saxuality, released in 1990, received a Grammy nomination for Best Pop Instrumental Performance.
In 2007, she released her ninth studio album Candy Store, which gained a number 2 position in Billboard’s Top Contemporary Jazz charts. Her songs “Candy Store” and “L.A. Citylights” reached the No. 1 position in Smooth Jazz National Airplay charts in the United States.
