Calvin Hill (Born April 28th, 1998 to Aaron Hill and Earlene Carey) is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, and record producer. Hailing from Sierra Vista, AZ, Calvin Hill is an independent artist.

Delivering his first Single in 2013, named Vanity which is still out on Youtube to this day, Calvin Hill has been continually putting out tracks from that point onward. With his main genre of music being, Hip-Hop and R&B, Calvin Hill had to find his own path to being different amongst all his peer rappers and R&B producers.

Calvin Hill doesn’t hold back while discussing his extraordinary talent to sing, describing his music as “dope, AMAZING, God’s greatest gift to human’s ears”. He feels like he has songs that everyone can listen to.

Calvin describes his creative process as strange. He works a full-time and a part-time job. So he basically has to write whenever he gets the chance. He might be in the middle of doing some work and a lyric might come to his mind and he has to jot it down. He writes in between breaks, on lunch, right before he goes in, and as soon as he gets off.

While discussing his come-up story, Calvin said that “Lord knows I haven’t even gotten to 1/1,000,000 of how far I’m going to go in the music industry.” He is confident in his craft but describes his come-up story as still in progress.

His career started with just him and a group of friends who started a rap group called ‘Decree of Christ’, which didn’t turn out great but laid the grounds for the artist he is today.

People can expect more content, mainly music videos. Calvin doesn’t plan on releasing any more new music until at least 2023 or 2024. He’s going to ride ‘Misguided’ out to the end. As he mentioned throughout the EP he was in a fatal car accident in 2018, from which he’s still recovering.
