Calix, also known as Renato Panfilo Calixto, is a rapper based in Manila, Philippines.

Calix started posting songs on Soundcloud anonymously in late 2015. He soon released his first mixtape, “Breakout Satirist” on July 2016.

Calix held his first live performance at a small Makati cafe, accompanied by skinxbones, a producer under NoFace Records, a local underground label.

His sophomore output, “The Lesser of Your Greater Friends” was released on August 2017, featuring both established and upcoming local musical acts.

Calix’s third project, “Ikugan” was released on May 2018, and is described by the artist as a mini-album. The songs from “Ikugan” were part of the rebooted “The Homewrecker” project, which is slated to be released in late 2019.
