CADET CADET! Saw a buzz in the Grime scene from a freestyle video made his cousin Krept.

Cadet’s approach to music would eventually change into UK Hiphop, with a focus on personal, heartfelt lyrics, touching stories and relatable, everyday content. His first release under this new wave was ‘You Need to Hear This’.

In the early hours of February 9, 2019, Cadet sadly passed away in a fatal car crash in Staffordshire while on his way to a gig at Keele University. He was 28 years old.
