About Cadell

Mononymous recording artist Cadell (born 17 January 1997) is a grime MC and rapper from Bow, East London. In 2016, he released the Hotline mixtape as well as his debut album, 3 is the New 6, a homage to his hometown. He is well-known for being the younger brother of the godfather of grime, Wiley, as well as for his lyrical war with newer MCs including Stormzy, Novelist and Mez.

In summer 2017, Cadell appeared seven times on Opps Next Door Vol. 1, a collaborative album alongside fellow members of Tizzy Gang including Merky ACE and Tre Mission.

He released his second solo album, L.O.N.D.O.N, on Boxing Day 2017. It features the singles “Boy Wonder”, “No Link Ups”/“No Chill”, and “L.O.N.D.O.N”.

In 2018 he became the first UK MC to spit alongside a Chinese MC on a grime track.
