About Ca$h Out

John-Michael Hakeem Gibson, known as Ca$h Out, is a rapper hailing from Columbus, Georgia, and raised in Atlanta.

He first gained recognition with his breakout single “Cashin' Out” in 2011, reaching number 36 on the Billboard Hot 100. Ca$h Out signed with Epic Records after label head L.A. Reid was impressed by his talent. The success of “Cashin Out” led to its re-release and widespread popularity, propelled by its catchy hook and viral video where LeBron James enthusiastically rapped along to the song while celebrating the Miami Heat’s NBA championship win. He then followed up with singles like “Big Booty Hoe” and “Another Country” featuring fellow Atlanta rapper Future.

In 2014, he signed with eOne Music and released his debut album Let’s Get It. Ca$h Out also made an appearance as himself in the 2019 film Uncut Gems.
