Born and raised in Sacramento, (The Gardens, an area heavily infested with gang activity), C-bo or ‘The Bald Headed Nut’ was one of the first rappers to be imprisoned over his lyrical content. He has also sold 6.5 million records independently since 1993. He is currently signed to West Coast Mafia records, alongside fellow artists, Killa Tay, Marvaless, Key Loom amongst others. He is also a member of the group Thug Lordz alongside fellow West Coast artists Yukmouth & Spice 1.
